The thought of teaching proper posture to children often conjures up images of stern nannies and uncomfortable school uniforms. 

This is unfortunate because not only are children developing lifelong habits, but spinal injuries can affect concentration and physical health. In fact, anywhere from 20% to 51% of children suffer from lower back pain -- likely from musculoskeletal misalignment.
